摘  要:鸡菌Termitomycesalbuminosus(Berk).Heim采自四川西昌野生子实体,经分离、纯化、鉴定、保存于PDA琼脂斜面培养基。报道鸡菌菌丝体深层发酵在500L发酵罐中,温度28~30℃,pH6.0~7.0,接种量1%~1.5%,通气量1:1~1:1.2(体积比),可在30h获得鸡菌菌丝体24.5g/L(干重)。还对鸡菌菌丝体的毒性进行了探讨,选用Ames试验(TA97,TA98,TA100,TA1024个标准菌株)、小鼠骨髓微核试验,小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变分析,小鼠精子畸形试验,试验结果为阴性。说明鸡菌菌丝体基本安全,无毒。Termitomyces albuminosus was isolated from its wild fruit bodies collected in Xichang,Sichuan. After purification and identification, it was conservecl in PDA slants. This paper reportsthe fermentation process of T. albuminosus . Under the conditions of 28-30℃, pH 6. 0-7. 0,1 % -1.5% of inoculation, and 1-1. 5(v/v) of aeration volume, the yield of mycelia was up to24- 5g/L (dried weight) within 30h in 500L fermentor. Toxicology of the T. albuminosusmycelia wa also studied including Ames tests (TA97, TA98, TA100, TA102) and micronucleustest (MN) in mice marrow, chrommal aberration assay (CA) in primary spermatocyte fromtests of mice, and sperm aberration in mice. The results showed that all the tests were negative.
