胃灵颗粒对胃癌前病变患者血清生长激素影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃灵颗粒治疗胃癌前病变(PLGC)的临床疗效及其对胃癌前病变患者血清生长激素(GH)水平的影响,探讨胃灵颗粒对胃癌前病变的可能作用机理。方法:将60例胃癌前病变患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组予胃灵颗粒,对照组予胃复春片治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、胃镜病理和血清GH水平进行比较、分析及评价。结果:胃灵颗粒能显著改善胃癌前病变患者的临床症状,治疗3月后临床症状、综合疗效的总有效率分别为96.67%、90.00%,与胃复春组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后血清GH测定结果显示,胃灵颗粒使患者血清GH水平显著升高(P<0.01),与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。临床试验中两组均未见不良反应。结论:胃灵颗粒治疗胃癌前病变疗效肯定,能显著改善胃癌前病变患者的临床症状,提高患者血清GH水平。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Weiling Granules on Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer （PLGC） and the influence on Growth hormone of PLGC patients, and to explore its mechanism. Methods： 60 patients with PLGC were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with 30 in each. The treatment group was trea- ted with Weiling Granules while the control group was given Weifuchun Tablets. The clinical symptoms, pathological changes and GH expression were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results： Weiling Granules could obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with PLGC and increase the GH expression. The total effective rate of clinical symptoms and integrated effect in the treament group were 96.67% and 90.00% respactively after 3 months＇ treatment. The difference between the two groups was quite significantly in statistics （ P 〈 0.05）. It was showed that Welling Granules could increase the level of serum GH（ P 〈0.01 ）. Compared with the control group, higher GH expression was observed in the treatment group（ P 〈0.05）. Besides, few side effects of the two groups were found in the reseach. Conclusion： Weiling Granules could treat the PLC, C patients effectively. Weiling Granules could improve the clinical symptoms significantly and increase GH expression.
