保肝降脂汤联合水林佳治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察保肝降脂汤联合水林佳治疗脂肪肝的临床效果。方法:选择门诊和住院的脂肪肝病人80例,随机分为两组。在一般治疗的基础上,治疗组应用中药自拟方联合水林佳治疗,对照组单用水林佳治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床症状和体征、血脂、肝功能及肝脏B超影像学的变化。结果:疗组总有效率为87.5%,疗效明显优于对照组65%(P<0.05)。治疗组能显著改善病人的脂肪肝B超影像,缓解临床症状,改善肝功能,降低血清甘油三酯及胆固醇含量。结论:保肝降脂汤联合水林佳治疗脂肪肝疗效显著优于西药对照组。Objective： To assess the Clinical effect of Baoganjiangzhi decoction combined with silybin for patients with fatty liver. Methods：This study consisted of 80 patients with fatty liver, who were randomized to therapy group and control group. Besides general therapy, Baoganjiangzhi decoction plus silybin was offered to therapy group; silybin to the control group. The symptoms, signs, liver function, blood lipid and sonographic findings before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Resu/ts ：The total effective power was 87.5% for therapy, being superior to the control group 65% （P 〈0. 05）. Baoganjiangzhi decoction in Combination with silybin can significantly improved the patients＇ sonographic image and liver function, reduce the blood lipid and alleviate symptoms. Conclusion： The clinical effect for Baoganjiangzhi decoction in Combination with silybin to treat the fatty liver disease is significantly superior to the medicine group.
