中医辨证联合化疗治疗急性白血病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证联合化疗治疗急性白血病临床疗效,探讨中医药治疗白血病的优越性。方法:采用中医辨证分期治疗白血病,诱导缓解期以清热解毒化瘀为主,采用自拟的扶正抗癌汤;巩固治疗期以扶正益气养阴为主,采用自拟的扶正生血汤治疗。并配合常规化疗治疗急性白血病,同时设单纯西药化疗组为对照。结果:治疗组60例达CR 45例,完全缓解率达75.0%,总有效率达83.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);缓解所需平均时间为19.4天,较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);毒副反应明显减少(P<0.05),且毒副反应症状较轻;其复发率为44.4%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而其生存质量优良者占73.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证联合化疗治疗急性白血病较单纯化疗明显优越,值得推广应用。Objective ：To observe the curative chemotherapy for acute leukemia in clinical efficacy, of the superiority of Chinese medicine treatment of leukemia. Methods： Stages TCM treatment of leukemia, remission induction to heat Jiedu- huayu mainly prepared by self-righting cancer soup; consolidation treatment period to righting Yiqiyangyin mainly pre-pared by self- righting of Blood Decoction. And combined with conventional chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia, also based medicine with chemotherapy alone as the control group. Results： 60 patients reached CR 45 eases, complete remission rate was 75.0%, total effective rate was 83.3%, significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The average time to remission was 19.4 days, significantly shorter than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; toxicity decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and mild side effects; the recurrence rate was 44.4%, significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while its excellent quality of life accounted for 73.3 % , significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ）. Cortclusion：TCM combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of acute leukemia is significandy better than chemotherapy alone, should be widely applied.
