摘　　要：浙江某炼化厂新建环氧乙烷/乙二醇(简称EO/EG)装置为亚洲最大的环氧乙烷生产线,吉林省同一工程有限公司承接了该套装置的氧气管道脱脂工作,并取得了良好的清洗效果,得到了美国陶氏化学(DOW)专家组及业主单位的一致认可。介绍了该氧气管道化学清洗、验收、验收后包封处理的过程及清洗施工中应注意的事项。Jilin Tongyi Engineering Technology Company was awarded the built EO/EG （ ethylene oxide / ethylene glycol） plant which is the larges degreasing work of a newly t EO/EG plant in Asia in a refinery in Zhejiang province. High standard cleaning result was achieved for this cleaning job and the result was recognized by both the plant owner and experts from Dow Chemical Company of USA. The process of the oxygen piping system chemical cleaning, inspection, protection after inspection, as well as the items that should be given attention to during the execution of cleaning were introduced.
