摘  要:分析了DCT的结构和工作原理,建立DCT传动系统及整车行驶系统的动力学模型;基于AMESim仿真平台,分别建立了发动机模型、离合器液压系统模型、机械齿轮传动系统模型和轮胎-悬架-车身模型,最终建立了DCT车辆的整车动态仿真模型。基于DCT动力学模型及AMESim仿真模型对DCT车辆的起步和动力换挡过程进行仿真分析,得到了DCT车辆行驶过程中离合器油压变化曲线、动力传动系统转矩和转速的变化曲线以及汽车车速和加速度曲线,为进一步深入研究DCT提供了参考。仿真结果表明:所建立的模型基本符合实际情况。The structure and working principle of DCT are analyzed.The dynamic model of a DCT transmission system and the whole vehicle are presented in this paper.The DCT vehicle model including engine,hydraulic system of the dual clutch,mechanical parts of gears and the tire-suspension-car system is established based on the simulation platform AMESim.The start-up and dynamic shift process of the DCT vehicle are studied by using the dynamic model and simulation model.The hydraulic pressure curves of dual clutch,the torque and speed curves of transmission system and the speed and acceleration of the car are obtained to provide references for further research of DCT.The simulation results indicate that the established models are basically in accord with the real car.
