摘  要:本研究用免疫组织化学技术观察了代谢型谷氨酸受体7 种亚型(m GluR1, 1α, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8)在大鼠骶髓后连合核的分布。结果如下:(1)骶髓后连合核含有少量大、中型m GluR1 样阳性神经元的胞体,但几乎看不到阳性纤维和终末;(2)m GluR1α样阳性胞体较少,且多为小型,阳性纤维和终末却十分致密;(3)骶髓后连合核可见一些中、小型m GluR2/3 样阳性胞体,阳性纤维和终末比较稀疏;(4)骶髓后连合核可见少量小型m GluR5 样阳性胞体,而阳性纤维和终末却十分致密;(5)骶髓后连合核内淡染的m GluR7 样阳性胞体、纤维和终末均较少;(6)骶髓后连合核几乎看不到m GluR8 样阳性胞体和纤维,只能见到少量阳性终末样结构。另外,在外侧脊核内可见到一些m GluR7 样阳性胞体和纤维;在脊髓背角浅层内可见到许多m GluR7 样阳性胞体、纤维和终末以及少量m GluR8 样阳性结构。骶髓后连合核是后肢躯体非伤害性信息和盆内脏伤害性信息传递的重要汇聚点。本研究的结果进一步证实谷氨酸是参与躯体和内脏感觉信息传递的重要神经递质。它可通过与在骶髓后连合核大量分布的m GluRs(m GluR1, 1α, 2, 3,In order to investigate the distributions of seven subtypes(1, 1α, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8) of metabotropic glutamate receptors (mGluRs) in the sacral dorsal commissural nucleus (SDCN) of rat spinal cord, immunohistochemical staining technique was used in the present study. The results of immunohistochemical staining showed that mGluRs like immunoreactive products were mainly located on the membrane of the neuronal cell bodies and fibers and in the cytoplasm of the SDCN neurons and appeared as granular particles. A few large to medium sized mGluR1 like immunoreactive (mGluR1 LI) neuronal cell bodies were observed in the SDCN, whereas mGluR1 LI fibers and terminals were seldom seen. Small mGluR1α LI neuronal cell bodies were sparsely encountered, while intensive network of mGluR1α LI fibers and terminals were detected in the SDCN. Some small to medium sized mGluR2/3 LI neuronal cell bodies, and scattered mGluR2/3 LI fibers and terminals were observed in the SDCN. A few small mGluR5 LI neuronal cell bodies and quite dense mGluR5 LI fibers and terminals were found in the SDCN. A few weakly stained mGLuR7 LI neuronal cell bodies, fibers and terminals were observed in the SDCN. Only a few weakly stained mGluR8 LI terminal like structures were sparsely encountered in the SDCN. Dense mGluR7 LI neuronal cell bodies, fibers and terminals in the superficial laminae of spinal dorsal horn were found, especially in the lamina I and inner part of lamina II. In the lateral spinal nucleus, some mGluR7 LI neuronal cell bodies were also observed. Only sparse mGluR8 LI structures were found in the spinal dorsal horn. The results of previous studies have shown that the SDCN is a key structure for the convergence of somatic non noxious information of the hind limbs and pelvic visceral noxious information.
