摘　　要：目的研究中医临床治疗性研究方案优化指标体系的信度。方法以"十一五"国家科技支撑计划重大项目"重大疑难疾病中医防治研究"课题的中医临床研究方案优化专家评价资料为基础,应用概化理论的方法研究中医临床治疗性研究方案优化指标体系的信度。结果中医临床治疗性研究方案优化指标体系的概化系数为0.89,可靠性指数为0.83。结论中医临床治疗性研究方案优化指标体系具有较高的信度。Objective To study the reliability of index system of TCM clinical therapeutic research protocol optimization. Methods With the data of clinical therapeutic research protocol optimization from the research projects of Major Difficult Disease prevention and treatment with TCM in the ＂11 th Five-Year＂ National Key Technologies R＆D Programme, Generalizability theory has been used to study the reliability of index system of TCM clinical therapeutic research protocol optimization. Results The Generalizability coefficient of TCM clinical therapeutic research protocol optimization index system is 0.89, and the index of dependability of the index system is 0.83. Conclusion The reliability of index system of TCM clinical therapeutic research protocol optimization is high.
