摘　　要：新中国成立初期是中国共产党历史上一个具有"转折"意蕴的时期,在这个时期,党的干部队伍建设面临着许多过去没有遇到过的新问题,为了解决这些问题,党采取了一系列措施加强干部队伍建设,取得了显著的成效,积累了丰富的经验,为新世纪新阶段党的干部队伍建设提供了有益的历史借鉴。The early days since the establishment of the PRC were a transitional period in the history of the CPC. In this period, the cadre team construction of the party faced a lot of new problems that had not appeared before. To solve these problems, the party adopted a series of measures to consolidate the cadre team construction, achieved marked effect and accumulated enriched experiences, thus providing beneficial references for the cadre team construction of the party in the new century.
