英国产业大学对我国创建开放大学的启示

摘　　要：产业大学是英国本世纪初出现的全民终身学习的新型教育组织。本文从先行研究与政策保障、组织定位与战略目标、运作模式与营销策略、系统网络与支持服务、质量保证与品牌形象等五个角度,分析了英国产业大学十年来的运作实践,并从四个方面论述了它对我国创建开放大学所具有的重要启示。The University for Industry （UfI） is a new educational organization that was formed at the beginning of the 21 st century in Britain. The goal of UfI is to provide lifelong education for the entire nation. This paper analyzes the operational practice of Ufl in the last ten years from five perspectives, including the prior research work and the policy assurance, the organizational orientation and the strategic target, the operational pattern and the marketing strategy, the system network and the support service, and the quality assurance and the brand image. Meanwhile, the article also discusses the implications UfI for China in the establishment of its own open university.
