摘　　要：模拟法庭教学作为改变原有法学教育模式的重要方式,在全国开设法学专业的院系相继开展,但没有形成一个统一有效的模式,有必要进行教学改革。为了切实有效地开展模拟法庭教学活动,在介绍模拟法庭教学功能的基础上,分析其现存的缺陷,并据此提出模拟法庭教学改革的具体建议。As changing existing law education mode of important ways,the moot court teaching successively develop in the legal professional law department of China.Because an unified effective model,so we must undertake teaching reform.In order to effectively carry out the moot court teaching activities,the author introduce the function of the moot court teaching.Based on this,the author analysis the existing defects,and then put forward the concrete suggestions on the reform of the moot court teaching.
