摘 要:目的了解强化舌尖音的送气音训练法在山西不完全性腭裂术后患者语音治疗中的作用。方法采用强化舌尖音的训练方法对25例腭裂患者进行每周3-4次训练,以能发对汉语辅音、音节为标准决定训练完成时间,然后对收集的语音资料进行语音清晰度评估及语音频谱分析。结果患者语音清晰度从训练前的(47.2±20.4)%提高到训练后(86.3±8.0)%,平均提高(39.1±15.6)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。腭裂训练后患者语图上冲直条有一定程度的变化。结论强化舌尖音的训练方法配合常规语音训练可达到提高语音清晰度,改善语音功能的目的。语音计算机频谱分析为我们评估语音训练的疗效提供了可靠的科学依据。Objective To investigate the effect of strengthening the aspirated tongue of alveolar on speech disorders in incomplete palatopharyngeal patients after cleft palate surgery in Shanxi province.Methods Intensive speech therapy was used 3-4 times every a week in 25 patients with speech problems after cleft palate surgery.The speech training continued until the patients could make consonants correctly in Chinese,then speech data were collected for assessing the speech intelligibility and speech computer analysis.Results After the speech training,the speech articulation was improved from(47.2±20.4)% to(86.3±8.0)%,increasing by(39.1±15.6)% on average.There was significant difference in the scores of articulation before and after speech therapy(P〈0.01).Also,there was a certain degree of change on computer speech analysis system for speech disorders in patients after speech therapy.Conclusion Speech therapy of strengthening the aspirated tongue of alveolar with conventional speech training can improve speech intelligibility and the function of speech.Computer speech analysis is an effective and objective method for evaluating the speech training.
