雷贝拉唑联合左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑治疗消化性溃疡

摘　　要：目的评价雷贝拉唑联合左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效。方法 80例幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性PU患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组40例予以雷贝拉唑(10mg,2次/d),左氧氟沙星(200mg,3次/d),奥硝唑(500mg,2次/d),疗程2周;对照组40例予以奥美拉唑(20mg,2次/d),阿莫西林(500mg,3次/d),甲硝唑(200mg,3次/d),疗程2周。停药4周后复查胃镜,观察HP根除率。结果治疗组HP根除率为90.0%(36/40),对照组为72.5%(29/40)(χ2=4.02,P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合左氧氟沙星与奥硝唑是治疗HP阳性PU的理想方法之一。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of triple therapy of rabeprazole and levofloxacin,ornidazole combined for peptic ulcer.Methods 80 patients with helicobacter pylori（HP） infection sufferedfrom peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group 40 cases were administrated rabeprazole（10mg,twice a day）,levofloxacin（200mg,three times a day） and ornidazole（500mg,twice a day） for two weeks;Control group 40 cases were treated with omeprazole（20mg,twice a day）,amoxicillin（500mg,three times a day） and metronidazole（200 mg,three times a day） for two weeks.Four weeks later,The HP eradication rate was observed.Results The HP eradication rate of the treatment group was 90.0%（36/40）,while that of the control group was 72.5%（29/40）,there was significant differencebetween two groups（χ2=4.02,P0.05）.Conclusion Triple therapy of rabeprazole and levofloxacin,ornidazole combined is one of the ideal methods for HP infection suffered from peptic ulcer.
