鼠神经生长因子治疗婴幼儿脑性瘫痪的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗婴幼儿脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将48例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组24例,两组均采用支持、对症及物理疗法、针灸、推拿等综合治疗。治疗组患儿另外加用鼠神经生长因子30ug肌肉注射,每日1次,共30d。结果治疗组与对照组相比,患儿发育商评分明显上升(t=2.27,P<0.05),总有效率治疗组91.67%,与对照组62.50%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.24,P<0.05);治疗组头颅CT阳性率显著降低(χ2=5.55,P<0.05),且未发生任何药物相关副作用。结论鼠神经生长因子能安全有效地用于治疗婴幼儿脑性瘫痪。Objective To observe the effect of mouse nerve growth factor（NGF） on pediatric cerebral palsy（CP）.Methods Forty-eight pediatrics with CP were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group and control group（24 each）.Each pediatric of two groups was given comprehensive treatment,including support,symptomatic therapy and regular physical therapy and acupuncture treatment,and each of treatment group was done an intramuscular injection of 30 ug mouse nerve growth factor additionally for 30 days.The developmental quotient and the total effect rate and the positive rate of skull CT were compared between the two groups after treatment.And the drug side effect was observed in treatment group for about 1 year.Results Compared with that of control group,the developmental quotient of pediatric of treatment group increased significantly（t=2.27,P0.05）,and the total effect rate of treatment group was 91.67%,and had statistic difference compared with that of control group,which was 62.50%（χ2=4.24,P0.05）.The positive rate of skull CT examination decreased significantly（χ2=5.55,P0.05）.There was no drug side effect observed in treatment group.Conclusions NGF can notably and safely improve the treatment effect on pediatric cerebral palsy.
