信息论视角下成人教育管理创新

摘　　要：信息论运用一种直接从整体出发、用联系转化的观点、综合系统过程的方法分析问题。从信息论的观点来看,成人教育管理系统的实质是成人教育信息系统,成人教育管理的过程就是一个对信息的动态管理过程。信息论指导下的成人教育管理创新策略包括:开放成人教育管理,提高决策科学性;培养管理者信息素养,提高决策与"编码"能力;加强管理组织信息化与扁平化,减少"噪声"影响;加强信息反馈机制,及时修正决策。The way of analyzing problems of Information Theory is starting from the whole, using the connected and transformational viewpoint, synthesizing the systematic procedure. From the viewpoint of Information Theory, the substance of adult education management system is an adult education management information system, the process of adult education management is a process of dynamically managing information. The innovative strategy of adult education management including： opening the adult education management, to improve the scientifieity of decision; cultivating the information literacy of managers, to improve the capability of decision and coding; reinforcing the informationization and flatten of management organization, to lessen the influence of ＂noise＂; reinforcing information-feedback mechanism, to revise the decision in time.
