摘　　要：18世纪英国民间组织的成人教育,以形式多样、重视科技教育及人的作用、与政府关系良好等特点,给各国留下了深刻印象。借鉴英国民间组织发展成人教育的成功经验,结合我国民间组织成人教育现状,我国也应在积极鼓励多种形式办学、发挥有识之士作用、加强与政府的协作等方面,改进民间组织成人教育。＂Complement＂ effect of folk organizations in Britain education , which had a deep enlightenment for all left countries about the adult education. This period the folk organization of adult education has the following characteristics： diverse forms; paying attention to the science education ; good relationship with the government as well. Combining the current situation of China folk organization of adult education, from the successful experience of Britain folk organization of adult education , through actively encourage various forms of school running pay attention to people of the insight, strengthen the government roles and so on ,in order to improve the folk organization of adult education in China
