摘 要:目的:采用GC-MS定性、定量分析山豆根非生物碱中的部分化学物质组成和含量。方法:非生物碱部位样品经TMS衍生后,采用GC-MS法测定,通过NIST 2.0数据谱库检索,结合人工解析,鉴定各种化学成分。在此基础上,测定了各组分的含量。结果:从非生物碱部位共鉴定了24个化合物,其中定量测定了19个化合物的含量,占总量的34.72%,其中5个糖类成分占22.62%,9个有机酸占11.81%,其他5个成分占0.29%。结论:该法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重复性好,为定性、定量测定植物中复杂初生代谢产物提供了一种有效方法。Objective: To analyze the chemical compositions and their contents in non-alkaloids fraction from Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis. Method: The non-alkaloids from Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis were analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry after trimethylsilyl derivatization. The chemical compositions were identified by comparison of the authentic sample and NIST database ; the contents of 19 identified components were determined by linear regression equation. Result: 19 compounds constituting 34.72% of the non-alkaloids were identified. The major components were saccharides (5 compounds constituting 22.62% ), organic acid (9 compounds constituting 11.81% ), and others (5 compounds constituting 0.29% ). Conclusion: The GC-MS is a simple, rapid and sensitive method to investigate the complex primary metabolites in plants.
