摘  要:米粉试样用硝酸-过氧化氢(4+1)混合溶液在微波消解系统中消解,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定所得样品溶液中硼的含量。选择249.7 nm波长为测定硼的分析线,硼的质量浓度在1.0-100.0 mg·L^-1范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.018 mg·L^-1。同一干米粉试样平行测定10次,相对标准偏差为0.76%;将此方法用于3个标准物质大米(GBW 10010)、茶叶(GBW 10016)和苹果(GBW 10019)中硼含量的测定,测定值与标准值相吻合。ICP-AES was applied to the determination of boron in rice flour.The sample was digested in a microwave digestor with mixed solution of HNO3-H2O2(4+1).Wavelength of 249.7 nm was selected as analytical spectral emission for determination of B in the sample solution.Linear relationship between values of spectral emission intensity and mass concentration of B was obtained in the range of 1.0-100.0 mg·L^-1,with detection limit(3s) of 0.018 mg·L^-1.Test for precision was performed by analyzing a same sample for 10 determinations,the values of RSD found was 0.76%.Standard samples of rice(GBW 10010),tea(GBW 10016) and apple(GBW 10019) were analyzed by the proposed method,the results obtained were in consistency with their standard values.
