摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治乳腺癌患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果:观察组WBC、PLT、ALT、Cr均明显优于对照组,观察组局部复发率、远处转移率及两年生存率均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:乳腺癌术中植入中人氟安临床疗效显著,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the clinical curative effect of implantation of fluorouracil sustained release for implant in breast carcinoma operation. Method To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of breast carcinoma patients ,who was divided into the detection group and the control group according to the different treatment methods. Results The WBC ,PLT,ALT and Cr of the detection group were better than the control group, the local relapse rate,distant place metastasis rate and survival rate of two years were better than the control group, the difference were statistical significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of implantation of fluorouracil sustained release for implant in breast carcinoma operation is significant, with good prognosis, and worthy of widely used.
