摘  要:对普通油茶、越南油茶和广宁红花油茶3种油茶植物花粉的贮藏条件、萌发培养基、培养温度以及不同贮藏条件和不同贮藏时间对花粉生活力的影响进行研究。结果表明,不同油茶植物在不同贮藏条件下,花粉生活力差异较大,随贮藏时间的延长,花粉生活力呈明显的下降趋势。在低温和冷冻干燥条件下贮藏的花粉生活力下降缓慢,其中以冷冻干燥贮藏的下降速度最慢;在室内自然温度下贮藏的花粉生活力下降很快,大部分花粉生活力在贮藏10 d后基本丧失。不同油茶植物的花粉适宜培养温度为20℃,萌发的适宜培养基为0.01%硼酸+0.03%硝酸钙+0.02%硫酸镁+0.01%硝酸钾+15%蔗糖+1%琼脂。Three oil-tea species including: Camellia oleifera,C.vietnamenisis,C.semiserrata were selected for the studies on the best conditions of pollen storage,suitable culture medium,culture temperature for pollen germination,and the effects of different conditions and different time for pollen storage on pollen viability.The results were summarized as follows: the difference in oil-tea pollen viability under different storage conditions was significant,the longer the storage time,the lower the pollen viability.The pollen viability changed with the storage conditions and time in a different way.The pollen viability in the frozen(-20 ℃) conditions decreased slowest,which kept a high level of viability after three month.The pollen viability under natural conditions decreased rapidly fast,which reached 0 after 10 days.The most suitable germination temperature for pollen was 20 ℃,and the most suitable culture medium was 0.01% HBO3+0.03% Ca(NO3)2·4H2O+0.02% MgSO4·7H2O+0.01% KNO3+15% sucrose+1% agar.
