摘 要:采用正交试验,研究了原料及助剂用量对膨化竹纤维—水泥复合材料的表观密度、抗压强度和吸声系数的影响。结果表明,随着纤维用量的增加,表观密度呈直线下降,抗压强度下降到一定程度后趋于稳定;少量铝粉能显著降低复合材料的密度,提高吸声系数,但过多则起反作用,抗压强度随铝粉用量增加而增大;脲醛胶(UF胶)用量对表观密度、抗压强度和吸声系数均无显著影响,但随其用量的增加,抗压强度有增大的趋势;纤维用量对表观密度的影响最大,可解释表观密度中81%的变异,而纤维、铝粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(R-C6H4-SO3Na)的用量可分别解释抗压强度中17%、22%和23%的变异;R-C6H4-SO3Na的用量对密度有较显著的影响,但此影响可能为非线性,也可能与其他因素有交互作用。研究结果有助于选择较优原料和助剂配比。The effects of the materials composition such as bamboo fiber,cement,urea-formaldehyde(UF) resin,aluminum powder and R-C6H4-SO3Na,on density,compression strength and sound absorption coefficient of bamboo-cement composite was investigated.The results indicated that as the bamboo fiber content was increased,the density of composite decreased significantly while the compression strength decreased first then leveled off.Small amount of aluminum powder could lower composite density and increase sound absorption coefficient,however,the effect could be reversed if too much aluminum powder was added.Compression strength increased with increasing aluminum powder content.The UF resin added had no significant effect on density,compression strength and sound absorption,whereas compression strength increased slightly with increasing UF resin content.The ratio of bamboo fiber to cement by weight could explain more than 81 percent of the variation in the density of the composite,while about 17,22 and 23 percent of the variation in compression strength could be explained by the content of bamboo fiber,aluminum powder and R-C6H4-SO3Na,respectively.R-C6H4-SO3Na content had significant effect on the density of the composite.However,there is no definitely linear relationship between density and R-C6H4-SO3Na content.This suggests the density be interacted with other factors and more experiments are needed to clarify this effect.The results of this study may be useful for selecting optimal proportion of raw materials and agents for a desired property of a specific application.
