摘　　要：基于网络和JTAG的远程故障诊断系统,能实现对电子设备与电路系统的远程故障测试和远程故障诊断。介绍了该系统的总体设计思路和测试系统的构建方案,通过采用C/S结构的TCP连接实现网络通信和边界扫描测试控制器的连接,实现向远程被测目标发送测试信号进行测试。通过输入测试指令对系统进行验证,验证结果表明此设计切实可行,实现了数据实时、准确的传输,具有重要的科研意义和很高的实际应用价值。The system of remote fault diagnosis based on network and JTAG,it achieve the remote fault diagnosis and remote fault testing on the electronic devices.Introduced the general design idea and test system construction plan,use the TCP connection of C/S structure to communication the network and Boundary-scan test controller,which can achieve the testing of sending the single to the remote targets.Test the system by input the testing instruction,the results show that this design proposed by this paper has the advantages of practical,and important significance between practical application.
