全数字化乳腺摄影对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现特征及全数字化乳腺摄影在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实,资料较完整的52例早期乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现。结果 52例早期乳腺癌X线表现直接显示肿块29例,钙化20例,局限性致密及结构紊乱4例,大导管相3例,乳头内陷6例,异常血管10例,腋下淋巴结肿大9例。结论全数字化乳腺钼靶摄影在早期乳腺癌的诊断中具有很较高的应用价值,是乳腺癌首选的影像学检查方法。Objective To investigate the characteristics of full-field digital mammography and the value of the diagnosis of breast cancer in early stage.Methods The data of 52 cases of breast cancer in early stage confirmed both by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively for the X-ray findings.Results Among the 52 cases,29 clearly showed the mass in mammography,20 were characterized by calcification;4 showed increased focal density and structural disorder;3 showed dilated ducts;6 showed invaginated nipple;10 showed abnomal vessels,and 9 showed lymphadenhypertrophy in armpit.Conclusion Full-field digital mammography is of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer in early stage and therefore,it is preferable in clinic for screening this disease.
