血清肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清糖蛋白抗原类肿瘤标志物CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4联合检测在卵巢上皮性良、恶性肿瘤及卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断中的临床价值。方法对28例卵巢上皮性癌患者、15例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者、42例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及门诊30例健康妇女的血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平进行回顾性分析。结果卵巢上皮性癌组患者血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组及健康对照组（均P〈0．05），卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组患者血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4水平高于卵巢良性肿瘤组及健康对照组（均P〈0．05）。卵巢癌组血清CA125、CA19-9、CA72-4联合检测阳性率明显高于单独检测阳性率（P〈0．05）。结论血清CA125、CA19—9、CA72-4联合检测可提高诊断阳性率，在卵巢上皮性癌诊断中有重要作用，在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断中也有一定的价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of serum CA125,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary epithelial tumor and ovary endometriosis. Methods The detection results of ovary epithelial benign （ n = 28 ） and malignant tumors（ n = 15 ） and ovary endometriosis（ n = 42 ） were retrospectively reviewed and compared with the results of 30 healthy women. Results The expression value of serum CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary epithelial cancers was obviously higher than others（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. And the expression value of serum CA125 ,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in ovary endometriosis was higher than that of ovary benign tumors and the normal group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Positive rate of com- bined determination was higher than that of single marker（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The detection of serum CA125, CA19-9 and CA72-4 had great significance in the diagnosis of ovary epithelial cancers. It could also be used in the diagnosis of ovary endometriosis.
