多种形态聚丙烯酰胺在胜利油田开发中的应用

摘　　要：聚丙烯酰胺在胜利油田开发中起着重要作用。它能与交联剂发生交联反应,从而增强其应用性能。聚丙烯酰胺产品,主要有水溶液、胶乳、干粉、"油包水"乳液、"水包水"乳液5种。水溶液及胶乳形态的聚丙烯酰胺产品现已停。介绍了干粉形态聚丙烯酰胺的溶解装置。孤岛渤19试验区使用干粉形态聚丙烯酰胺进行交联聚合物调驱;"油包水"聚丙烯酰胺乳液使用时需使用破乳器破乳,对滩海油田进行调剖;"水包水"乳液也可对滩海油田进行调剖。"水包水"乳液与海水直接混合,边稀释边注入。以上各种形态的聚丙烯酰胺产品的使用均取得预期效果。不同形态的聚丙烯酰胺产品在胜利油田开发中各有其使用特点,选择使用时需综合考虑。Polyacrylamide plays an important role in exploitation of Shengli Oilfield. Because crosslinking reaction occurs between polyacrylamide and crosslinking agent, the application of polyaerylarnide in oilfields is widened. Polyacrylamide can exist in different forms such as aqueous solution, latex, powder, water in oil/ water in water emulsions. Aqueous solution and latex of polyaerylamide aren＇ t now used. Dissolving device for polyacrylarnide in the form of powder is described. The powder was used in flooding of crosslinked polymer in Bo 19 test area of Gudao Oilfield. Polyaerylamide in the form of water in oil emulsion needs to be demulsified when it is used, then it is used for water well profile control in the beach oilfield. Polyacrylamide in the form of water - in - water emulsion can also be used for profile control and it is mixed with sea water directly while being injected. Various forms of polyacrylamide are used in oilfield with desirable results. When polyacrylamide is used in Shengli Oilfield, it is necessary to consider all the features of different forms of polyacrylamide.
