玉米中黄曲霉毒素提取方法的评价

摘　　要：用多种溶剂与玉米的不同比例对玉米中黄曲霉毒素 Ｂ１ 的提取效率进行评价。结果发现，用６０ ％ 甲醇水溶液为提取剂，与样品比例为６ ：１（ ｍｌ／ｇ） ；８０ ％ 丙酮水溶液，与样品比例为５ ：１ ，６ ：１（ ｍｌ／ｇ） 及９０ ％ 乙腈水溶液，与样品比例为４ ：１（ ｍｌ／ｇ） 的提取效果较好。A study was conducted to compare the extraction efficients of aflatoxins B 1 from naturally contaminated corn with different solvents and solvent/corn ratios.The results show that better extraction efficients were found by using the following solvents:60% methanol/water at 6:1 (ml/g) solvent to sample ratio;80% acetone/water at 5:1,6:1(ml/g)solvent to sample ratio and 90% acetonitrile/water at 4:1(ml/g)solvent to sample ratio.Extraction liquid was treated with petroleum ether to raze the fat,extracted by using chloroform and concentrated by reducing pressure.The AFB 1 was determined with high efficient liquid chromatography(LC).
