摘 要:目的本研究选择与白血病耐药密切相关的MDR1、BCRP及CXCR4为研究对象,在临床病例中进行检测,为指导治疗和判断预后提供临床依据。方法采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测白血病化疗耐药、白血病化疗敏感患者及正常人MDR1、BCRP及CXCR4的表达。结果 MDR1、BCRP、CXCR4基因的表达量在耐药组、敏感组及正常对照组间有显著性差异,P<0.05;CXCR4与MDR1基因的表达量有显著正相关性,R值为0.366;BCRP基因的表达量在ALL患者中高于AML患者,P<0.05;MDR1基因的表达量在老年组高于儿童少年组,P<0.05。结论联合检测MDR1、BCRP、CXCR4对于指导白血病治疗和判断预后具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression level of gene MDR1、BCRP and CXCR4 of patients with leukemia and the correlation with clinical features.Methods FQ-PCR was used to detect the expression of these genes from patients with AL.Results The expressions of MDR1,BCRP,CXCR4 genes are significant differences among the drug-resistant,drug-sensitive and the healthy groups,P0.05.CXCR4 gene IS significantly positive correlation with MDR1 gene.The expression level of BCRP gene in ALL is obviously higher than AML,P0.05,The expression level of MDR1 gene in the old age group is significantly higher than the young age group,P0.05.Conclusion It had great significance to detect gene MDR1、BCRP and CXCR4 of patients with leukemia.
