肾癌患者外周血中TGF-β_1mRNA表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肾癌外周血TGF-β1mRNA表达水平的高低对肾癌发病的作用及其诊断和鉴别价值。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测80例肾癌患者和80例正常对照者外周血中TGF-β1mRNA的表达水平。结果肾癌患者组与健康对照组TGF-β1mRNA水平差异有统计学意义(P0.05),肾细胞癌组与其他类型肝癌的TGF-β1mRNA水平比较无显著性差异(P0.05),不同分期的TGF-β1mRNA水平比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 TGF-β1mRNA表达水平升高与肾癌的发病相关,且随病程发展会逐渐升高。Objective To investigate the clinical values of determination of peripheral blood TGF-β1 mRNA levels and effects in the pathogenesis of kidney cancer.Methods Reverse transcription-PCR was used to detect TGF-β1 mRNA levels in 80 cases of kidney cancer and 80 cases of normal controls.Results The expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA showed a significant difference between the kidney cancer group and the control group（P0.05）,so did among different pathological grades and clinical stages（P0.05）.But there was no significant difference in the expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA between renal cell carcinoma（RCC） and the other category kidney cancer（P﹥0.05）.Conclusion High levels of TGF-β1 mRNA were associated with kidney cancer
