摘　　要：侠文化是中国特有的社会现象,从法律文化的视角对其进行全面的考查将是一次很有趣也是非常有意义的学术旅行。从法理逻辑来看,侠文化与法治是矛盾背反的;从精神层面来看,侠文化与法治是相洽融通的。为了建设社会主义法治国家,对于侠文化,我们必须进行制度重构,取其精华,去其糟粕。Chivalrous-Swordsman-Culture is a kind of unique social phenomenon.It will be a very interesting and meaningful academic travel to study Chivalrous-Swordsman-Culture comprehensively from the legal culture aspects.It is contradictory between Chivalrous-Swordsman-Culture and ruling of law from theory of law logic,but the consistance can be found between Chivalrous-Swordsman-Culture and ruling of law from spirit level.In order to build a socialist country ruled of law,we must make a reconstruction for Chivalrous-Swordsman-Culture system,taking in its essences,and dropping its dregs.
