摘　　要：目的探讨定科实习护士岗前规范化礼仪培训的有效方法。方法对157名定科实习护士进行服务礼仪规范化培训,培训时间为2周,内容包括医院文化、礼仪知识、角色扮演、行为规范等,并在培训前后进行测评考核。结果实施规范化礼仪培训后,157名定科实习护士对培训的需求明显高于培训前,各项考核评价结果高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论规范岗前礼仪培训内容,可以使定科实习护士在进入临床工作时具备良好的职业素质,从而提高服务质量。Objective To explore the effective methods of the p~ - post standardized etiquette training fur practical nurses. Methods A total of 157 practical nurses received the standardized etiquette training for two weeks. The contents of the training included hospital culture, knowledge of etiquette,role playing and behavioral norms. Results After the standardized training,nurses＇demands on the etiquette training was higher,the evaluation results of all aspects were better than before （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Standardizing the contents of pre - post etiquette training could help the nurses to cultivate good professional qualities so as to improve the quality of service.
