摘  要:目的探讨ICU进修护士临床带教的方法。方法采用便利抽样,74名ICU进修护士作为试验组,80名ICU进修护士作为对照组。试验组护士采取改进后的带教方法,将角色适应理论应用于带教中;对照组遵循常规带教方法。评价进修前后两组护士的理论知识、操作技能和带教满意度。结果进修后,试验组的理论知识、操作技能和带教满意度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用角色适应理论对ICU进修护士进行带教能取得满意的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching model for the refresher nurses in ICU. Methods By conventient sampling,80 refresher nurses were chosen as the control group, which received the routine training model, and 74 nurses were involved as the experimental group, which received the modified teaehing model. The theories knowledge and skills and the satisfaction of teaching were compared between the two groups. Results After the refresher course, the scores of theories knowledge and skills and the satisfaction degree in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Applying the role adaptation theory in teaching refresher nurses in ICU can achieve satisfactory results.
