正畸粘结剂在儿童前牙外伤松动、脱位的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：应用非调和型口腔正畸粘结剂粘结松动、脱位的前牙，以达到理想的固定效果。方法：搜集近两年我院儿童门诊病例48例，均为前牙外伤松动或者脱位。复位后用成都古京科技有限公司非调和型口腔正畸粘结剂加用0．3mm结扎丝双股唇面切牙、尖牙或双尖牙之间固定4周后拆除。结果非调和型口腔正畸粘结剂加用0．3mm结扎丝双股固定后，松牙恢复稳固。结论：非调和型口腔正畸粘结剂在前牙外伤松动脱位的固定作用较结扎丝单纯固定或其他方法方便快捷、疼痛小、创伤小，而固定效果好。Objection In order to achieve the desired fixed effect, we bond loosening or dislocation of the anterior teeth by applica- tion of non-harmonic type orthodontic adhesive.Methods 48 out-patient cases in our hospital were collected nearly two years, they were traumatic anterior teeth loose or dislocation. After reset, we fixed lip surface incisor, canine or bicuspid between each other with non-harmonic type orthodontic adhesive which produced in Gujing Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu plus 0.3mm double-stranded junction ligation wire, and removed after 4 weeks. Results After fixed with non-harmonic type orthodontic adhesive plus 0.3mm double-stranded ligation wire, loose teeth strong recovery. Conclusion The fixed effect of non-harmonic type orthodontic adhesive traumatic anterior loose or dislocation was good, and more convenient, minimal pain, less invasive than simple fixed or other means.
