痛泻要方加味治疗中老年腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取确诊腹泻型肠易激综合征的患者127例给予痛泻要方加味治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：总有效率达到83．33％。所有患者均有不同程度的临床症状的改善。结论：痛泻要方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效确切。Objective： Modified treatment of pain Diarrhea Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome patients. Methods： The diagnosis of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in 127 cases of patients with pain Diarrhea flavored given treatment, observation and treatment effect. Results： The total efficiency of 83.33%. All patients had varying degrees of clinical symptoms. Conclusion： Pain Diarrhea treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is effective.
