持续性操作试验在注意缺陷多动障碍筛查中的应用

摘　　要：目的 了解持续性操作试验（CPT）在注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）筛查中的应用效果.方法 对35例ADHD患儿（ADHD组）及65例普通儿童（普通儿童组）进行CPT测试和Conner问卷调查,对结果 进行秩和检验,建立受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线,分析多项数据中最有价值者,并制定异常临界值,对CPT筛查结果 和临床诊断结果 进行一致性检验.结果 ADHD组CPT各项指标均显著高于普通儿童组（P＜0.05）.各项指标中多数的ROC曲线下面积超过了0.7,尤其以视觉连续目标持续性注意测验（VST）反应时间为最高,达到了0.915.CPT筛选结果 与临床诊断一致性较高（Kappa值为0.935）.结论 CPT可以应用于ADHD筛查.Objective To explore the effect of application of continue performance test （CPT） in screening of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ ADHD ）. Methods Thirty-five children with ADHD and65 normal children had been applied with CPT and Conner questionnaire test. Used rank sum test to examine the outcome, established receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve, analyzed the most valuable index among various data, formulated abnormal critical value, and carried on a consistency check between CPT screening outcome and clinical diagnosis outcome. Results Each CPT index of 35 children with ADHD was obviously higher than those of normal children（P〈 0.05 ）. Most indexes＇ area under the ROC curve exceeded 0.7, reactive time of VST was the highest among each index which achieved 0.915. It was high conformity between CPT screening outcome and clinical diagnosis outcome （Kappa = 0.935 ）. Conclusion CPT can be applied in ADHD screening.
