摘 要:采用TBA荧光法测定LPO水平,通过HE染色,显微镜下观察淋巴结内有无瘤细胞转移,以615小鼠作为观察对象,对小鼠肝癌不同转移力瘤株宿主免疫原性与淋巴结转移及淋巴样器官过氧化状态的关系进行探讨。结果显示,高转移组瘤细胞的转移潜伏期较短,其免疫原性较低,宿主免疫反应较低转移组弱而不规律;而淋巴样器官LPO的变化特点是:LPO上升的2次高峰出现在肿瘤生长潜伏期末及转移潜伏期末。这些结果提示肿瘤的发展及其转移与瘤细胞的免疫原性及宿主淋巴样器官中过氧化反应的亢进密切相关。过氧化反应与免疫功能的关系值得深入研究。The levels of lipid peroxide(LPO) were assayed by the method of 2 thiobarbituric acid(TBA) microfluorimetry.Metastasis of tumor cells in the lymph node was observed in microscope by HE staining.The relation among immunogenicity,metastasis of tumor cells and peroxidation were analyzed.The results showed that the highly metastatic line(16A 3) had a shorter latent peroid and a lower immunogenicity compared with the low metastatic line(A 2);immune response in lymphoid organs of the hosts bearing highly metastatic line was weaker and more irregular than in the hosts bearing low metastaic line.There were two high peaks of the LPO elevation it appeared in the ends of the growth latent period and the metastasis latent stage.All those results suggest that the development and the metastatic tendency are closely related to the immunogenicity of tumor cells,and the hyperfunction of peroxidation in lymphoid organs of the tumor bearing animals.The relation between peroxidation and immune function of hosts is worthy for further investigation.
