麦秸人造板生产过程中的问题与建议

摘　　要：麦秸是季节性植物,质地松散,具有易虫蚀、霉变和腐烂的特点,在利用麦秸制造人造板时,前期需要考虑麦秸的收集、运输和贮存问题,同时还要考虑麦秸人造板的制造工艺技术和设备以及使用异氰酸酯胶黏剂引起的成本问题和粘板问题。旨在彻底解决生产过程中所遇到的各种问题,加快麦秸人造板在我国的发展步伐。Wheat straw is a seasonal plant,and it has the weakness of loose texture,easy of insect infestation, mildew,and rot.When trying to utilize wheat straw as raw material to produce wood-based panel,we must firstly consider how to solve the problem of raw material collection,transportation,and storage,and meanwhile the problems of high cost and board sticking caused by using isocyanate adhesive should be taken into consideration.The purpose of author writing this paper is offering assistance to resolve various problems in wheat straw board production so that developing steps of wheat straw board industry can be accelerated.
