摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中PPAR-γ和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测乳腺癌组织中PPAR-γ和MMP-9表达,并对两者相关性及其与临床病理特征关系进行χ2检验和Spearman等级相关分析。结果:97例乳腺癌组织与癌旁组织相比PPAR-γ表达较低,阳性率为57.7%,其表达与组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关,与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、PR、Her-2表达无关。乳腺癌中高度表达的MMP-9与肿瘤大小、临床分期和淋巴结转移、组织学分级均有关。乳腺癌中PPAR-γ与MMP-9表达呈负相关关系。结论:乳腺癌中PPAR-γ与MMP-9表达有关,PPAR-γ在乳腺癌的进展和淋巴结转移中起着重要的作用。Objective:To explore the expressions and significances of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma(PPAR-γ) and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in breast cancer tissues.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of PPAR-γ and MMP-9 in breast cancer tissues,their correlation and the relationship with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed by χ2 test and Spearman correlation analysis.Results:97 cases were selected in the study;compared with adjacent tissues,the expression rate of PPAR-γ in breast cancer tissues was lower,the positive rate was 57.7%,which was related to histological grades,clinical stages and lymph node metastasis,but it was not correlated with age,tumor size,ER,PR and Her-2 expression;the high expression of MMP-9 in breast cancer was related to tumor size,clinical stages,lymph node metastasis and histological grades;there was a negative correlation between PPAR-γ expression and MMP-9 expression in breast cancer.Conclusion:The expression of PPAR-γ in breast cancer is related to MMP-9,PPAR-γ plays an important role in progression of breast cancer and lymph node metastasis.
