Influences of Coiling Temperature on Microstructure and Precipitation of Cold Rolled Deep Drawing Sheet Produced by CSP Process

摘  要:通过现场试验,研究了卷取温度对CSP工艺下冷轧低碳钢板组织和析出的影响。试验结果表明:包钢SPCD热轧板的显微组织均为多边形铁素体和很少的珠光体,随着卷取温度升高,渗碳体析出明显增多,呈白亮条块状的渗碳体沿晶界析出。CSP流程热轧后AlN的析出量不大,但高温卷取时的AlN析出要高于低温卷取的,卷取温度为600℃时,渗碳体级别与AlN的析出均得到很好的控制,同时{111}织构取向分布密度达到最高,从而更有利于提升冷轧深冲带钢的成形性能。Influences of coiling temperature on microstructure and precipitation of cold rolled deep drawing sheet produced by CSP process were investigated through field experiments.The experimental results show that: microstructures of SPCD hot rolled sheets of Baotou Steel are composed of polygonal ferrites and a little pearlite,as the coiling temperature rises,the amount of cementite precipitation increases significantly,white-bright strip or block shaped cementite precipitates on intergranular boundary.After hot rolled by CSP process,only a little AlN precipitates,but the amount of AlN precipitation at high coiling temperature is bigger than that of the low coiling temperature.When the coiling temperature is 600 ℃,the cementite class and precipitation of AlN turn ideal,at the same time,the value of {111} texture is the highest,which is beneficial to the formability of the sheets.
