时间检定仪自动检定系统设计

摘　　要：针对目前时间检定仪的检定手段仍是手工测试,效率低,工作量大,而对于机械类秒表检定仪因缺少相应的机/电转换器而无法检定的问题,研制了机/电转换器,利用VB语言编写了自动检定及管理软件,实现了对各种型号的时间检定仪的自动检定及信息管理。设计的机/电转换器经中国计量科学研究院测试,各项指标满足设计要求。经过实际应用,该系统工作状态一直正常,可以作为时频参数计量的标准设备。This paper is aimed at the fact that verification of time interval generator is still manual,which is low efficiency,heavy workload.Because of lacking machine/electrical converter,the mechanical stopwatch calibrator can not be tested.The author developed a machine/electrical switch,and programmed the automatic verification and management software by VB language,which realized the automatic verification and information management for various types of time interval generator.The machine/electrical switch is tested by NIM,the result show that the main indexes achieve the design requirements.By practical application,the system has been working condition,which can be used as standard equipment of time and frequency parameter.
