摘　　要：针对目前图书馆人力资源管理面临的问题,将集群理论引入图书馆人力资源管理之中,构建图书馆人力资源集群管理模型,并分析和探讨人力资源集群管理优势:有利于人力资源共享、创新环境形成、文化互动交流、增强核心竞争力。Aiming at the facing problems in current human resource management in libraries,the paper introduces cluster theory into human resource management in libraries,constructs human resource cluster management model in libraries,analyzes and discusses the advantages：it is beneficial for human resource sharing,innovation environment formation,culture interaction and communication,core competence strengthening.
