双歧杆菌四联活菌片对肝硬化患者血氨、血浆内毒素和细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片对肝硬化患者血氨、血浆内毒素和细胞因子的影响。方法将72例肝硬化患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者均予以肝硬化常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片3片/次,每天3次,连用6周。结果治疗6周后,两组患者血氨、肝功能(ALT、AST)和血浆内毒素水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组下降的幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。同时两组患者血浆TNF-α、IL-1和IL-8均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组下降的幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片能明显改善肝硬化患者肝功能,降低血氨、血浆内毒素和细胞因子的水平,对肝硬化有显著的辅助治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （Live） on blood ammonia, plasma endotoxin and cytokine of patients with cirrhosis. Methods 72 patients with cirrhosis were divided into control group and treatment group randomLy. All the patients received cirrhosis conventional therapy, while the treatment group got extra treatment as taking bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets orally 3 pieces every time, 3 times per day for 6 weeks. Results After 6 weeks treatment, compared with pretherapy,the blood ammonia,live function （ALT,AST） and plasma endotoxin of both of the two groups reduced significantly, and the reducing is more obvious in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The blood plasma TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-8 of both of the two groups reduced significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the reducing is more obvious in treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets orally can obviously improve the liver function, reduce the levels of blood ammonia,plasma endotoxin and cytokine,can be a note adjuvant therapy of cirrhosis.
