摘　　要：高原低氧应激环境可引起胃肠应激反应,主要包括胃十二指肠黏膜糜烂和溃疡,以消化道出血为主要临床表现,病势凶险,一旦发生,常危及生命。近年随着相关高原活动的增多,高原低氧致胃肠应激性溃疡已逐渐引起关注。本文就其病因、发病机制、临床特征、防治等方面作一综述。High altitude hypoxia can induce gastrointestinal stress reaction, including gastroduodenal mucosal erosion and ulcer. The prominent clinical manifestation is gastrointestinal bleeding, which is potentially dangerous and once happens may threaten life. With the increase of high altitude-related activities in recent years, grastrointestinal stress ulcer caused by high altitude hypoxia has received much attention. This article reviewed the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics, prevention and treatment of grastrointestinal stress ulcer caused by high altitude hypoxia.
