摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌组织中nm23、BRCA-1及ki-67表达的病理临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测乳腺癌标本中nm23、BRCA-1及ki-67的表达。结果 nm23在33例无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中阳性占25例,21例有淋巴结转移者中阳性占9例,两者比较差异有统计学意义。在正常乳腺、异型增生、原位癌及浸润性癌中BRCA-1表达呈递减趋势,ki-67表达呈递增趋势,4组乳腺组织中BRCA-1与ki-67蛋白表达呈负相关。nm23、BRCA-1、ki-67与肿瘤直径、发病年龄、ER、PR、Her-2、TNM等情况关系差异无统计学意义。在原位癌与浸润癌之间差异无统计学意义。结论 nm23、BRCA-1及ki-67与传统标志(如ER、PR等)一起可以更好地判断乳腺癌预后及转移,为临床提供参考。Objective To investigate clinicopathological significance of expressions of nm23,BRCA-1 and ki-67 in breast carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was applied to detect the expressions of nm23,BRCA-1 and ki-67 in breast carcinoma specimens.Results Positive expression of nm23 accounted for 25 in 33 cases without lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma and 9 in 21 cases with lymph node metastasis cases,which had statistical significance.In normal breast,dysplasia,carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer,BRCA-1 expression showed a decreasing trend,and ki-67 expression showed an increasing trend,BRCA-1 and ki-67 protein expression was negatively correlated in 4 groups of breast tissue.The expression levels of nm23,BRCA-1 and ki-67 were independent of tumor diameter,age,ER,PR,Her-2 and TNM,and there wasn＇t statistically significant difference in carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer.Conclusion nm23,BRCA-1 and ki-67 together with the traditional markers（ER,PR,etc.） can determine the prognosis and metastasis with more confidence.
