超声介入植入法在兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型制作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型的超声介入制作方法。方法取60只新西兰大白兔,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组20只,分别采用开腹手术瘤块埋入法、超声引导下瘤块悬液注射法和超声介入瘤块植入法制作兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型,术后超声观察28 d。结果兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型制作方法中,A组兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型肝内单发VX_2肿瘤10只,腹壁浸润5只,死亡5只;B组兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型肝内单发VX_2肿瘤11只,腹壁浸润4只,腹腔种植4只,死亡1只;C组兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型肝内单发VX_2肿瘤20只,未见腹壁浸润及腹腔种植。与A、B组相比,C组模型制作时间短(3 min vs 55 min、46 min,P<0.01),肝内单发VX_2肿瘤种植成功率高(100%vs 50.0%、55.0%,P<0.01),并且C组兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型制作损伤小,术后恢复快。结论超声介入瘤块植入法制作兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型具有成功率高、损伤小、省时省力等优点。该方法在兔肝VX_2肿瘤模型制作中具有很高的应用价值。Objective To investigate rabbit liver VX2 tumor models by ultrasound intervention. Methods 60 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into A, B, C groups. In these three groups , abdominal surgery buried blocks, ultrasound-guided suspension tumor blocks and liver VX2 tumor models by ultrasonic intervention implantation were set up respectively, and the models were monitored by ultrasound for 28 days. Results There were 10 rabbits with hepatic single VX2 tumor, 5 with abdominal wall infiltration, and 5 deaths in group A. In group B,there were 11 rabbits with hepatic single VX2 tumor, 4 with abdominal wall infiltration, 4 with peritoneal and 1 death. In group C, there were 20 rabbits with hepatic single VX2 tumor without other phenomena. Compared with group A and group B , group C needed less time to form its tumor（3 min vs 55 min, 46 min, P〈0.01）, but it also had high success rate in implanting hepatic single VX2 tumor （100% vs 50.0%, 55.0%, P〈0.01）. In addition, liver VX2 tumor models in group C were with less injury during its preparation and with quick recovery speed after operation. Conclusions Ultrasound intervention in making rabbit liver VX2 tumor is not only with less time and efforts, but also with high success rate and less injury, which is of great value in preparation of Liver VX2 tumor model.
