摘 要:目的比较不同的种植体植入位置对下颌后牙种植固定桥应力分布的影响。方法利用三维机械制图专用软件UG7.0绘制不同种植体植入位置的种植固定桥有限元模型,分别为:A模型:4567;B模型:×567;C模型:4×67;D模型:45×7;E模型:456×;对每个模型都进行垂直向及斜向加载负荷,并利用Ansys Workbench12.0对各模型受力后Von Mises应力分布情况进行比较分析。结果各载荷条件下,种植体骨界面Von Mises应力均集中于种植体颈部骨皮质处;斜向载荷下各模型Von Mises应力明显提高;单端固定桥出现明显的应力集中,应力分布不均;双端固定桥应力分布较为合理。结论种植固定桥修复应尽量避免单端固定桥设计,而双端固定桥两端基牙的支持力应相对均衡,45×7的设计方案应力分布更为合理。Objective To evaluate the effects of different implant location on the stress distribution of mandibular posterior implant-supported fixed bridge.Methods Using specialized mechanical drawing software UnigraphicsNX7.0 to construct five finite elements models with different implant locations,Model A:4567,Model B:×567,Model C:4×67,Model D:45×7,Model E:456×.The vertical and oblique loading were applied to each model,and the Von Mises stress distribution was investigated by finite element analysis with software Ansys Workbench12.0.Results Under each loading,the Von Mises stress of implant-bone interface in all models was concentrated on the cortical bone around the neck of implant.The Von Mises stress was significantly increased when the model was under oblique loading.The Von Mises stress is unevenly distributed in cantilever fixed bridge,and the concentration of the stress is more significant than that in rigid fixed bridge.Conclusions The cantilever fixed bridge should be avoided,and the rigid fixed bridge should have a more balanced support,and the stress distribution in Model D:45×7 was more reasonable.
