面神经在面中部骨折术后损伤恢复的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察面中部骨折术后面神经损伤恢复的情况。方法同时有2个医生对10例面中部骨折合并面神经损伤的患者进行检查,术后1、2个月复查,观察面神经功能恢复情况。结果术后1～2个月,10例患者面神经功能均恢复正常。结论面神经在面中部骨折中损伤的原因是骨折块的移位,使神经受压或牵拉,手术可以减轻面神经所受压力,使其功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the recovery of facial nerve injury after middle facial fractury.Methods 10 patients with facial nerve injure were examined by two doctors.To analyse the change of the function of facial nerve in 1month and 2 months after operation.Results After the operation,10 cases of facial nerve injury recovered normally within 1 months or 2 months.Conclusions The reason for facial nerve injury in middle facial fracture was the displacement of fracture bone.The operation can release the pressure of facial nerve.
