摘　　要：目的:建立山东省正常少年儿童各骨龄分期软组织侧貌Holdaway分析法的标准值,并研究其面部软组织侧貌发育趋势,骨龄分期间及性别间差异。方法:选择172名(女性87名,男性85名)山东籍汉族正常少年儿童(8～16岁),拍摄X线头颅定位侧位片,进行图像处理和定点测量,用SPSS 18.0统计软件对得出的数据进行统计学处理。结果:建立山东汉族正常少年儿童各骨龄分期对应的骨龄值范围及男女各骨龄分期Holdaway分析法测量项目的标准值。结论:山东省正常少年儿童面部软组织生长发育趋势,女性早于男性1.66～2.05个骨龄,尤其表现在上唇与颏部;结构上,男性面下三分之一突度大于女性。Objective：To determine the standard values of Holdaway soft tissue analysis for children with normal occlusion in Shandong province,and study the soft tissue profile growth tendency of them and analyze the characteristics in different skeletal stages and differences between sexes.Method：Lateral cephalograph was taken in 172 children of Han nationality with normal occlusion in Shandong province,and then Holdaway analysis and statistics were made.The results between sexes,four skeletel stages were compared.Result：The ranges of the skeletal age value correspond to every bone-age groups were got,and the normal values and standard deviations of measuring items of Holdaway analytical method in different gender and every bone-age group were estanblished.Conclusion：A significant part of the soft tissue profile changes occurred 1.66～2.05 skeletal ages earlier in females than in males.And males soft tissue profiles are more protrusive than females.
