摘　　要：鞘氨醇1-磷酸受体拮抗剂与多种细胞表面相应受体结合,在免疫调节方面具有促进淋巴细胞归巢、抑制淋巴细胞外流,诱导淋巴细胞凋亡,并能影响树突状细胞及凋节性T细胞功能。在眼部已用于角膜移植及葡萄膜炎的相关研究并取得了较好的治疗效果。本文就鞘氨醇1-磷酸受体拮抗剂的免疫调节功能及在眼科应用综述如下。Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor antagonists can bind to receptors of many cells and modulate some functions of those cells.Agonists can facilitate lymphocytes homing and inhibit lymphocytes egress from lymph nodes.Agonists can both induce lymphocytes apoptosis and influence the functions of the dendritic cells and the regulatory T cells.The agonist was used in the study of the keratopalsty and the uveitis,and was found that it had some good results.This article reviews the immunomodulation of sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor antagonists and its application in ophthalmology.
