摘　　要：在少数民族大学生中发展党员,对提升少数民族大学生的政治素质,提高少数民族人才质量,培养民族干部,加强民族团结等许多方面都有着重要意义。要创新思路,拓宽培养路径,加大对少数民族大学生组织发展工作的力度。Developing party members among ethnic minority university students is of important significance to ascending political quality of the ethnic minority university students, fostering ethnic minority cadres and strengthening national unity. In developing party members of ethnic minority students, the thinking should be innovated, the approach should be widened and the work of organizational development should be strengthened.
