摘　　要：企业人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统（MIS），其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。人事管理系统是对工作人员进行统一的管理，可以方便的进行录入，查询，修改，删除，退出。经过以上分析，本系统使用Java功能开发工具和Sqlserver作为后台数据库，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具进行界面和数据库开发。The personnel management system is a typical enterprise information management system （MIS）, which mainly includes the establishment of database and front-end application maintenance and development of the two. Request for the establishment of data consistency and integrity, data security database. For the latter application powerful, easy to use and so on. Personnel management system is a unified management staff, can easily be input, query, modify, delete, exit. After the above analysis, the system uses the Java development tools and Sqlserver function as a background database, the use of its various development tools for object-oriented interface and database development.
